Seller's conduct

  • All sellers must submit their items to be listed prior to the auctions.

  • Starting Price should not be over 1,000,000g.

  • Payment will only be received once delivery is satisfied.

  • Orders must be fulfilled before July 1st 2026

Even if this is an auction, we want to be able to include everyone regardless if they are big or small spenders. The idea is to have fun and introduce your skills to the community, not to gain clout.

Bidder & Patron's conduct

  • We will not be imposing the all Role-Play rule. However, if you wish to be interacted as a character, please put up the /lrp tag.

  • Do not interfere with the bidding process.

  • Successful bidders will pay the full amount on the spot. Their money will be withheld by Wisteria until the purchase is satisfied.

  • Respect our staff, patrons and sellers.

  • Do not enter VIP areas unless purchased.

  • Please keep all conversation SFW.

  • Bids should be at a minimum 50,000g per raise

  • Staff are allowed to bid for lots, they do not receive any special treatment while doing so and will be treated the same as any other patron

Product Delivery

  • All deliveries will be handled by 1st of July 2026.

  • Bidders are required to join our discord to facilitate easier and more transparent communication, with Wisteria acting as the facilitator of the purchase.

  • Payment will be processed and handed over to sellers after the delivery has been satisfied.

  • Deliveries that are unfulfilled will be refunded to the bidder in full. Sellers will be blacklisted from all future Wisteria events.

  • Deliveries that are not up to the quality that has been agreed upon will be handled case-by-case basis.

  • Seller who defaults on their delivery will be handled via case-by-case basis.
